She is survived by: her mother Terry Rogers (Jones) of Grove, Oklahoma; her husband Paul DeMartini of Pineville, Missouri; the father of her children Shannon Cupp; her daughters, Della DeMartini of Pineville and Deena DeMartini of Pineville, Missouri; and her siblings, Charles Myers (Lori) of Carthage, Missouri and Nonnie Lofton (Aaron) of Neosho, Missouri.
