He is survived by: his brother Ed Powell (Doris) of Doe Run, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Leslie Miller, Pam Restemayer, Linda Brown, Charles Dennis, Phillip Jones, Debbie Buford, Tania Smith, Gary McEntire, Don McEntire, Gordon McEntire, Harry McEntire and Karen Thomlinson.
