He is survived by: his wife Nell Welch (Wheeling); his children, Carl Welch (Terri) of Farmington, Cindy Torres (Ronnie) of Yuma and Debra Neff of Oklahoma; and his stepchildren, Warren Wheeling of Georgia, Angel Brewer of North Carolina and Sheila of New Hampshire. He is also survived by grandchildren, ten (10) step-grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
