He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Albert and Mildred Albert (Neal); and his siblings, Melvin "D. L." Albert, Regina Payne, Norselene Marshall and Melba Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Albert of Piedmont, Brandi Balin of St. Louis and Taylor Donovan (Ryan) of St. Louis, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Jacob Balin (Gloria) and Callie Balin; and his great grandchildren, Griffin, Violet, Phoenix, Ella and Esme.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Annapolis Church of the Nazarene (201 2nd St, Annapolis, MO 63620). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Meadows Cemetery (5111 Hwy F Annapolis, MO 63620).
