He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kammerich and Jeanette Kammerich (Hartman); and his brothers, Kent Kammerich and Steve Kammerich. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Hutchison); his daughters, Shauna Dungan (Josh) of Pilot Grove and Kristin Salas (Greg) of Knob Noster; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kaleb, Morgan and Kason; and his siblings, Gary Kammerich (Deanna Hodges), Kurt Kammerich (Yvonne), Karen Watring (Frank) and Lisa Childs (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
