It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy E. McGuire of Pilot Grove, Missouri, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike J Shay and Martha Mae Shay; her husband James Pearl McGuire; her daughter Cecilia Mae; and her brothers, Anthony, Bill and Jim.
She is survived by: her family Christian; her sisters, Irene, Frances, Leona and Mary Florence; her children, Rosemary Kraus (Leo), James McGuire (Marilyn) and Linda Knife (Larry); and her grandchildren, Dorothy McCormick (Dennis), Shari Kraus, Julie Murray (Dewayne), Michelle Ballew (Matt), James McGuire (Amanda) and Ethan McGuire (Alissa). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
