With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Caroline Balden (Pierce City, Missouri), born in Sarcoxie, Missouri, who passed away on January 25, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Eimer and Carolene Eimer (Block); her husbands, Paul Matthews and George Balden; and her siblings, Helen Crossno and Floyd Eimer.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa LeMaster (John) of Pierce City, MO; and her sister Marjorie Baker of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by one niece; and 2 nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pierce City Senior Center in care of the funeral home.
