She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Miller and Martha Miller (Bounous); her husband Harold Merritt; her son Robert Merritt; and her sister Carol Avondet.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Merritt (Jeanna) of Wentworth, MO and Cindy Weibel (Aaron) of Pierce City, MO; and her grandchildren, Summer Enlow (Shane), Jordan Merritt (Victoria), Traci Teague (Jason), Whitney Weibel and Courtney Maxey (Garrett). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Memorials may be made, in Marian's memory, to the Pierce City Senior Center in care of the funeral home.
