With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida Wright of Pierce City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion E. Parrack and Ethel Parrack (Little). She is survived by: her husband Harold Wright; her children, Timothy Wright (Beth) and Sherry Tice; her grandsons, David Tice (Clare), Scott Wright (Victory), Joseph Wright (Sarah) and Jeffery Wright (Lesslie); her great grandchildren, June, Christa, Damian, McKenna, Bailey, Ailley, Ruger, Wyatt, Bennett, Audrie, Hadley, Hudsynn and Jack; her sister Sue Sifford; her children-in-law, Mike Tice and Terri Wright; her grandson Jason Tice; and her brothers, Jim and Ed Parrack. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lakin Funeral Home (501 N Elm St, Pierce City, MO 65723). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
