He is survived by: his wife Juvy Culanculan (Philippines) of Sindangan; his siblings, Pat Mitchell (Danny), Carolyn Gasser of Mission, KS, Randall (Kerri) of Grain Valley, MO, David (Lora) of Oak Grove, MO and Gary (Susie); his siblings-in-law, Jaegrace Taylor (Colin) of Ark City, KS, Jean (Phillip), Jobert and Jerix CulanCulan (Ailyn); his mother-in-law Soledad Culanculan; and his niece Jannine Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or MD Anderson Cancer Center in care of the funeral home.
