She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Herman and Mary Teresa Seufert (Gripka); her siblings, Helen Roetto (Emmitt), Florence Grable (Charles) and Bernard Seufert; her husband James O. Freeman; and her former husband Billy E. Castle. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School.
