He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Fields and Juanita Fields (Jackson); his daughter Carol Jean Fields; his great grandchild Blakely Kate Hitchcock; and his sister Barbara Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Main of Pierce City; his children, Rusty Fields of Purdy, MO, Dale Eugene Fields, Jr. of Washburn, MO, Scott Fields of Gainesville, TX, Rhonda Middleton of Mulberry, AR and Raynette Ross of Corder, MO; and his brother Bill White of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
