He is survived by: his daughter Tina DeFratus (Kenny) of Jerico Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Anthony, Heather (John), Josh, Macy and Allie; his great grandchildren, Emily, Lilah and Rozaliegh; his siblings, Terry Haddix (Ginger), Billy Haddix (Eva), Jimmy Haddix, Jerry Haddix (Tammie), Zelma, Brenda (Jose) and Linda (Tom); and also Wanda Cloward. He is also survived by family members and friends.
