We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2020, at the age of 89, William J. Scharr Sr. of Piedmont, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William J. Scharr Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Scharr and Rose Scharr (Kunz); and his sisters, Marjorie Lucas and Patsy Dressler. He is survived by: his wife Verdie Scharr; and his children, Bill Scharr, Jr. (Janet) of Piedmont, Margie Scharr (Tony) of Piedmont, Kay Kiser of Patterson, Rosea Scharr (Dwaine) of Mt. Vernon, MO, Bobby Scharr of Piedmont and Nancy Jones (John) of Piedmont. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been suggested to the Wounded Warriors Foundation.
