He was predeceased by: his sister Norma Kay. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Davis and Misty Henderson (Randal); and his siblings, Marion, Kathy, Frances and Sue. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorials be made to Crain Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
