He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Cook and Doris Cook (Harrison); his wife Cheri Slaybaugh; his son Rusty Cook (Tara) of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Brad Cook (Bethany) of Siloam Springs, AR, Dr. Matt Cook of Kansas City, MO and Sara Clark (Tim) of Fayetteville, AR; and his brothers, Rick Cook of Dallas, TX and Phil Cook (Roberta) of Alba, MO..
He loved Rotary and was President of the Piedmont Rotary Club for one year and served as Treasurer and Foundation Chairman for twenty-four years.
