He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riley and Sylvia Hodge (Courtway); his siblings, Carl, Elmer, William, Luther, Howard, Hank, Myrt, Alice and Lucille; his son Kenny Hodge; his brother-in-law Gay Slusher; and his nephews, Dickey Phillips and Jeremy Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hodge (Slusher); his daughter Kathy McKelvey (David) of Park Hills; his grandchildren, Katie Birch, Miranda McKelvey, Ryan McKelvey, Alan Hodge and Andrew Hodge; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Johnson, Alivia McKelvey, Della Seim and Aiden Birch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
