She is survived by: her husband William J. Scharr; her children, Patricia Kiser of Patterson, William J. Scharr, Jr. (Janet) of Piedmont, Rosea Scharr (Dwaine Hampton) of Mt. Vernon, MO, Marjorie Scharr (Tony Pruett) of Piedmont, Bobby Scharr of Piedmont and Nancy Jones (John) of Piedmont; and her brothers, Estill Combs of Hazard, KY, Jessie Combs of Hazard, KY and Lewis Combs, Jr. of Hazard, KY. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
