She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Frye and Delphie Frye (Duncan); her husband Bobby Zook; her son Terry Eugene Zook; and her siblings, Robert Frye and Wanda Davis.
She is survived by: her children, David Zook (Andrea) of St. Louis and Christine Zook of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Charity "Joy" Werner, Justin Jones, Jessica Jones and Terry Michael Zook; her great grandchildren, Kaylie, Landon, Novah Jones, Alexis, Haley, Brooklynn and Loehlyn; and her daughter-in-law Mary Zook.
