He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Garland and Elvira Lucinda Northcott (Smith); his wife Sarah Di Mariano; his son Ricky Northcott; his grandson Tyson Skaggs; and his siblings, Cyral Northcott, Ivan Northcott, Bonnie Burns and Marylin Long.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Blasingame of Piedmont and Carol Bruce (Toney) of Piedmont; his grandsons, Dale Stovall, Ryan Skaggs and Brandon Northcott; his great grandchildren, Nick, Sarah, Ally, Ryan Jr., Addy and Weston; and his great great grandchildren, Joshua and Owen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
