He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Belmar (Bob) and Ava M. Belmar (Sinclair); his son Robert "Bob" C Belmar; and his siblings, Robert "Pete" Belmar, Willard Belmar and Charlotte Essmueller.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Frances Watkins; his children, Rhonda Belmar of Poplar Bluff, Philip Belmar (Betty Jo) of Poplar Bluff and Shawn Belmar of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, R. Jarrett Chilton, Joshua C. Belmar, Megan N. Belmar, Laura L. Morris, Sarah M. Fortner, Jacob Belmar, Michael Racker, Price R. Belmar and Bailey R Belmar; his great grandchildren, Julie Morris, Jensen Sieg, Bryliegh Racker and Madeline Fortner; and his siblings, Gerald "Tom" Belmar of Molkane, Ladonna Turnbough of Imperial and Saundra "Sue" Penovich (Bill) of Arnold. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
