He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Slevin and Shirlie Slevin (Barfield); his stepmother Shirley Slevin (Sanders); and his siblings, Rex Wadlow and Peggy Slevin.

He is survived by: his wife Sherri Slevin; his children, Amanda Allen (Caleb) of Altus, OK, Trintine Lee Slevin (Janette) of Bismarck, MO and Alex Young (Melinda) of Redstone, CO; his sisters, Jamie Sutton of Piedmont, Rachael Slevin of Daytona Beach, FL and Paula Jane Brame of Mill Spring, MO.; and his grandchildren, Michael L. Allen, II, Rhiannon Allen, Trintine L. Slevin, Jr., Ashton Slevin, River Reylynn Slevin, Amyah Young and Alex Young, Jr..
