She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Dawson and Cynthia Dawson (Chitwood); and her siblings, Wilbur, Luther Dawson and Loeta Hayes.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Phelps; her children, David Holloway of Des Arc, Sandra Holloway of Clearwater, FL, Mary Webb of Patterson, Robert Phelps of Patterson, Johnathon Phelps of Hillsboro, Michael Phelps of Hillsboro and Deborah Karll of Festus; and her sisters, Sue Hunter of Sedalia, MO and Linda Kemp of Eureka, MO. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
