She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ralph and Roxie Ellen Hopson; her husband Ray Addis; her daughter Sherri Dawn Handy; her brother Kerry Lynn Hopson; and her grandson Bryan Alan Addis.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Addis of Festus, MO and Michael Addis (Janet); her sisters, Terry Stewart and Marilyn Motley; her grandchildren, Nicole Marie Ives, Brandon Aaron Addis (Arri), Brittany Danielle Addis, Zachary Dalton Handy and Logan Raeann Pratt (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Michael Ives, Josalyn Nicole Ives, Brynnin Alyssa Pratt and Adelyn Marie McKenzie.
