She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Green and Lillie Mae Green (Higgins); her husband Preceding; and her siblings, Hazel Van Der Wege, Mary Ellen Henson, Mamie Steele, Floy Steele, Carl Green, Howard Green, Floyd Justine, Marvin Justine, Alvin Raymond Justine and Lewis Green.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Barfield (LaRae) of Piedmont, Jerry Barfield (Kristi) of Piedmont, Brenda Seal of Piedmont and Linda Barfield of Piedmont. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews along with other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Morrison Funeral Chapel (100 E Piedmont Ave, Piedmont, MO 63957). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Meador-Flatwoods Cemetery.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be given to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
