She is survived by: her children, Mike Herbert (Andi) of Bullhead City, AZ, David Herbert (Summer) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Amanda Gentles of Mill Spring and Ronny Collins (Samantha) of Tahlequah, OK; her siblings, Kevin Osborne of Denver, CO, Bryan Osborne of Henderson, NV and Julie Geer of Hesperia, CA; her stepmother Karen Osborne of Colorado; and her grandchildren, McGuire Herbert, Landon Herbert, Jeffery Herbert, Eddie Gentles, Jr. and Kandace Gentles. She is also survived by 4 nephews, 2 nieces, 2 great nephews, 2 great nieces, and many other family and friends.
