He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Williams and Ema Williams (Gardner); and his sisters, Christine Rice (Oliver) and Martha Sue Peek (Thomas). He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Risher (Johnnie) of Waldo, AR and LeeAnn Massey (Robert) of Warren, AR; and his sister Eva Bradley (James) of Warren, AR.
