She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Borders and Etta Borders (Lloyd); her spouse Louis Vavak; her daughters, Marilyn Nelson (Mike) of Fredericktown, MO, Linda Palmer of Piedmont, Joyce Tucker of Piedmont, Peggy Cassaday (Mike) of Lee's Summit, MO, Lori Tucker (James) of Piedmont and Cynthia Arent (Chaz) of Boston, Virginia; and her siblings, Albert Borders, Norman Borders, Bill Borders, Alice Bearce, Betty Ashbaugh and Lula Radford. She was also cherished by twenty grandchildren, and many great, great-great grandchildren.
