He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lowers and Jessie Lowers (Baker). He is survived by: his close friend Michelle Gatewood of Piedmont; his siblings, Frank Neil Lowers of Lehigh Acres, FL, Joseph Lowers of Piedmont and Diana Dee Montgomery of Piedmont; and his nieces and nephews, Tim Lowers, Kyle Montgomery, Isaiah Montgomery and Megan Nibbe (Sean).
