He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Parker and Nellie Parker (Hinkle); his siblings, Glen, Nolan, Roy, Zan Parker, Lora Heath, Thena Wilson and Mildred Wilson; his great grandchild Sienna Faith Miller; and his significant other Imogene Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Haggett (Rick) of Steelville, MO, Jeff Parker (Aggie) of Piedmont, MO and Patti Miller (Scott) of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Sara Edgy (Lucas) of Piedmont, MO, Carrie Street (Jerod) of Piedmont, MO, Rachael Garber (Grant) of Ripley, WV, Aaron Miller (Lori) of Piedmont, Andrew Miller (Andrea) of Piedmont and Asher Miller of Piedmont; and his sister Priscilla Clements (Johnny) of Des Arc, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
