He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Seitz and Lester Ann Seitz (Hickman) of Virginia; his wife Opal "Joann" Seitz; his siblings, Fredrick Seitz, Dorothy Mae Seitz, Ed's and Lessie Rae Pettet; and his niece Beth Pettet-Stephenson.
He is survived by: his nephews, Patrick Seitz of Hixson, TN and Mike Seitz of Farmington, MO.; and also, Marsha Earl of Colgate, WI and Donald Thompson of Idaho Falls, ID..
However, if you prefer, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Trinity United Methodist Church in Piedmont, MO.
