She is survived by: her husband Raymond Decker; her children, Raymond Decker Jr. (Megan) of Hurdle Mills, NC, Draco Tipton of Piedmont, Alicia Moore (James) of Piedmont and Cheyanna Decker of Piedmont; her stepson Verlin Tipton of Birchtree, MO; her grandchildren, Raymond Decker III and Brendly Decker; and her siblings, Ronald Bowen (Cindy), Reese Bowen (Susan) of Dubuque, IA, Ellen Rath (David) of Dubuque, IA, Lisa McSpadden, Teresa Hardwick (Richard) of Dubuque, IA and Carrie Bowen of Dubuque, IA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
