She was predeceased by: her mother JoAnn Crabtree; her stepfather Thomas Foster; and her sister-in-law Marcella Oliver. She is survived by: her uncle Lee; her aunt Leda Wallace; her husband Marvin H. Evans of Piedmont; and her mothers-in-law, Sue Thompson (Tim) and Sandra Heldt (Larry).
Due to her love for children, Debbie's final request is; in lieu of flowers you would consider a donation to St. Jude Hospital.
