She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gary Ballew, Steven Ray Ballew and Barbara Clark. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Callahan; and her siblings, Douglas Ballew of Fredericktown, MO, Jimmy Ballew (Laura) of Fredericktown, MO, Mark Ballew (Dusty) of Fredericktown, MO, Michael Ballew of Fredericktown, MO and Patricia Tesnow (Sharon Shafer). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
