He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Douglas and Audrey Neagles (Reeves); his children, Charles Neagles Jr., Susan Gullett and Victoria Huitt; and his brother Lyndell Neagles.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Loyd; his daughter Lorna Reuss (John) of St. Charles; and his brother Forrest "Corky" Neagles (Carol) of St. James, MO.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
