He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clements and Lena Clements (Darden). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Gunter; his sons, Cecil Andrew Clements, Jr. of Piedmont and Rodney Eugene Clements of Brookland, AR; his siblings, James Clements of Des Arc, Randy Clements of Edgerton, KS, Rodney Clements of Annapolis and Goldie Fancher of Piedmont; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Whitney, Kayla, Danielle, Jaxson, Noah and Autumn. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
