She is survived by: her spouse Latney Brooks Jr.; her children, Latney Brooks III (Tammy) of Bloomington, IL and Jennifer Leigh Brooks of Piedmont; and her grandchildren, Chase Welchel, Michael Brooks, Ethan Brooks, Kyla Thoennes and Gabrielle Thoennes. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
