He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Keel and Joyce Keel. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Shanna Surratt (Rick Surratt) of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Shannon, Corrine, Richard, Everett, Sawyer and Harrison; and his siblings, Blane Keel, Brenda Hill, Beth Cox and Brandon Keel.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ruegg Funeral Homes (321 N Main St, Piedmont, MO 63957). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Masonic Cemetery E. Fir.
