He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Rebecca Carroll (Moore) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Clarence T. Bearden Jr. (Bobby Carroll) and Martha Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sweaney; his children, David Carroll, Christy Littlejohn of Ashland, Cathy Sweaney-Chand of Seaside, CA and Samantha Joers (Joshua) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Dylin Carroll, Lindsey, McKaylah Littlejohn, RJ, Ajia Chand, Landon, Lexi and Phoebe Joers; and his great grandchild Naomi. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
