He is survived by: his wife Letha Watkins-Albert; his children, Billy Albert of St. James, MO and Tammy Tucker of Trenton, MO; his stepchildren, Tony Duncan of Piedmont, Dave Tinsley of Piedmont, Fred Bennett of Florida, Cindy Goodson of Piedmont, Barb Duncan of Piedmont and Susan Brouk of St. Louis; and his siblings, Larry Albert of Kansas, Carson Dailey of West Virginia, Elmer Jackson of Canada, Andrew Anderson of West Virginia, Anna Duncan of Florida, Faye Jewell of Piedmont and Betty Powell of Jefferson City, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
