It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Neasby of Phillipsburg, Missouri, who passed away on January 21, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Neasby to pay them a last tribute.
Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Otto and Clara Rue (Lindsay); her husband Leonard Arvil Neasby; and her sisters, Bonnie Rue, Norma Simmons, Gladys Starnes and Dessie Admire.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Plank of Nixa, MO, Nola Pearce of Kansas City, MO and Darrel Rue of Grovespring, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; other relatives and many friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Cuba Cemetery (11190 Cuba Dr, Grovespring, MO 65662).
