He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lillard and Emogene Reagan Lillard; and his sister Imogene Bledsoe. He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his daughter Kimberly Rogers (Kelson) of Lebanon; his stepchildren, Clinton Pepper (Paulette) of Columbia and Rebecca Greenlee (Jeremy) of Lebanon; and his sister Carolyn Ward (Jack) of Phillipsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
