He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. "Dutch" Caffey and Ruby Caffey (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Gary W. Caffey (Julie) of Phillipsburg, Missouri and Vicky Bowers (Charles); his siblings, Laverne "Bud" Caffey of Conway, Missouri, Bonnie Hendrix of Republic, Shirley Ivey, Ruth Daniels of Lebanon and Virginia Sue Shell (Gene) of Marshfield, Missouri; his grandson Josh Breedlove (Kim); and his great grandchildren, Rylan of Conway, Missouri and Beckett Breedlove of Conway, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shadel's Colonial Chapel (1001 Lynn St, Lebanon, MO 65536). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Lonesome Hill Cemetery (16940 Naples Dr, Phillipsburg, MO 65722).
