She is survived by: her children, Mark Ford of Phillipsburg, MO and Eloise Jackson (Troy) of Lebanon, MO; her brothers, Albert Ortiz of Pueblo, CO, Ernest Ortiz of Fayette and John Padilla of O'Fallon, IL; and her grandchildren, Cody, Brandon, Caitlin, Lauren, Caillou, Brissa, Allan, Tiffany, Ashley and T. J.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
