He is survived by: his wife Marilyn O'Quinn Hicks; his sister Elizabeth Esther of Lebanon, MO; his nieces, Angela Greer (Bryan) and Mychelle Pawlikowski (Joseph); his nephew Anthony Huntington of Lebanon, MO; and his stepsons, Alan Hicks (Debbie) of Wichita and Bobby Hicks (Kathy) of Lebanon, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
