He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith; his children, Stephanie Wade (Mike) of Lebanon, MO and Craig Everett Lee (Lana) of Gig Harbor, WA; his stepchildren, Malinda Vorel (Jay) of Lebanon, MO and Bobby Broadus (Jonna) of Fordland, MO; his sister Sue Griffin (Ivan) of Bloomfield, MO; his grandchildren, Garett Wade (Whitney), Mikenon Wade (Michaela), Cassidy, Courtney, Madison, Taylor Lee, Chase LeFors, Chelsea Metcalf, Lance LeFors, Jaseph, Jasmin Vorel, Krissa Gahn (Josh), Zhoe and Awston Broadus; his great grandchildren, Harper, Maddux, Jeremiah Wade, Caleb Finney and Alana Gahn; his father-in-law Roy E. Smith of Waleska, GA; his brothers-in-law, Ronald Dale Smith (Katie) of Cartersville, GA and Roy E. Smith of Woodstock, GA; and his nephews, Owen Derick Griffin (Chiharu) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Jackson Smith of Cartersville, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
