He was predeceased by: his father Clarence J. Plunkett, Jr.; and his brother Robbie J. Plunkett. He is survived by: his mother Mary Alyce Steffen Plunkett; his wife Rhonda Plunkett; his children, Jason Randall Plunkett (Wendy Lee) and Justyn Thomas Plunkett (Camille Lynn); his siblings, Gaye Spratt, Rusty Plunkett and Lissa Berry; his grandchildren, Randi Lee Clayton, Jason Reed Plunkett, Ragar Thomas Plunkett, Peyton Thomas Plunkett, Quade David Plunkett and Marney Lynn Plunkett; and his great grandchildren, Elam Douglas Clayton, Edison Noble Clayton and Simon Jason Plunkett.
