She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubin James and Delta Carmack (Pipes); her grandson Cody McClintick; and her siblings, Donald, Leslie, Melvin, Ellis Carmack, Icel Fields, Patty Rhodes and Mae Fitzgerald.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Wayne Powell; her children, Richard McClintick of Hannibal, MO., Donald Serfass of Brookfield, MO., Lisa Campbell of Monroe City, MO. and Gretchen Powell of Ladonia, MO.; her siblings, Richard Norman Carmack (Rita), Linda Pekelder of Laclede, MO. and Deborah Stufflebean (Rob) of Brookfield, MO.; her grandchildren, Leslie Wihite, Austin McClintick, Andi Chowning, BreAnna Campbell, Linsey McFarland and Kayla Baker; and her great grandchildren, Jenna Rae Majors, Madelyn Majors, Elgin Honesa, Stephen Tyler McFarland, Adalyn Wihite, Wrenley Baker, Kori Baker, Mercedes Pickens, Finlee Chowning, Xander McClintick, Aiden McClintick and Aryanna Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
