He is survived by: his parents, Sean Guffey and Lindsay Guffey of Clive; his brother Liam; and his grandparents, Darren, Roxanne Whitmore of Perry, Mick and Jean Guffey of Watertown.
He is also survived by his two aunts, his uncle, and his maternal great grandmother. Due to the current social conditions caused by the coronavirus, a memorial and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
