It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Courtland Huddell Barnard Jr. of Philadelphia, Missouri, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtland H. Barnard, Sr. and Mary H. Martin Barnard; his wife Nadine Frances Walton Kleeb; his daughter Linda Daniel; and his sister Elizabeth Colangelo.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Sherwood (James) of Kahoka, MO, Courtland Barnard III (Anita) of Philadelphia, MO, Dorothy McGarry (Joseph) of Philadelphia, MO and Joseph Barnard (Kim) of Baring, MO; and his sister Dorothy Schaeffer of Rome, PA.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren.
